Move in in a workshop
Great moment ! I have been waiting for this simple, however crucial moment. Now we can enjoy working in our own place. What will we be doing here ? Here we assemble the boat, we set the fitting up. We manufacture carbone fibers essential equipment (such as rakers). Last but not least we also spend quite some time on the finishing work which is so important for any products but even more important for a high standard monohull such as the Peacoq.

From Product reliability to business

I have been maintaining a great "product focus" those last 6 month. Why is that ? Because product reliability takes such a long time. Besides this "long time" (6 month) is the minimum to achieve some results and certainty on the product. So here we are. It's done now. It's time to business !
Now we are obsess by our order book which is filled already and this will make us busy for the coming quarter. But we have some space for more. So being the funder I am also the first salesman. So let's say it : I am "on the road again" !

Unfortunately Boot has been cancelled. However we will be doing short event for VIP Peacoq's fan who are interested in acquiring the boat. I'll keep you informed on those events : what format ? when ? where ?

Foils retraction system : again and again

A while ago (3 years back) we already had this obsession in mind. We have not changed yet. But the boat has changed to an higher standard ground so we have been adjusting this retraction system. It's brilliant ! Robust and long-lasting it's rather simple. In coming newsletter i will be showing you which are the different components of this clever system. At some point if someone ask you the difference between Peacoq and some other boat you must say this : Peacoq has a brilliant retraction system. So why is this so important ? 3 arguments must be stated in favor of such system. :

1 safety first : having more appendages immerged is increasing impact risk except if you can retract those appendages

2. planning control : you can decide whether you foil or not since you can retract your foils

3. Short parking space : foils retracted you boat beam is 1.82m as any classic dinghy of such lenght
