Manufacturing of the first hull

The mold manufacturing phase is finally over. The start of the production of hull number one can therefore begin. It will be ready in one month.
Our goal is to produce 10 in 2021, and if all goes well, we should produce 6 in the summer.
Small is beautiful, this is our mantra.

Control of deadlines and homogeneity of the production

Nauticoncept is a french company which develops a dedicated software in order to organize information flow within the boating industry. Using this tool, Foily can control information flow with regard to the production of each boats. More precisely, that means upload, in a secure interface, key steps/phases of Peacoq’s manufacturing. In fact, Peacoq’, like most boats, is a set of several dozen by-products which have to be delivered on schedule and match delivery deadlines. In addition, this very modern tool, with a simple interface, allows to have a great rigor in the control and the quality, by identifying key steps/phases of the production cycle which would be susceptible to affecting boats quality.
