Ann Verhetsel appointed KiM fellow

Ann Verhetsel got appointed as a fellow with the Dutch Kennisinstituut voor Mobiliteit, who delivers knowledge support to transport policymaking in The Netherlands. Ann will support with insights on the knowledge track mobility and accessibility, both for passengers and freight.

TPR alumnus wins Flows Award

TPR alumnus Dieter Havermans won the Flows Award 2020, with his thesis on the applicability of batteries for inland navigation propulsion, under supervision of Edwin van Hassel. Dieter graduated from TPR's master maritiem en logistiek management.

TPR alumnus Simon Weekx wins the TML thesis prize with his thesis on 'Empirical research into the effects of dominant airline companies on the technical efficiency of airports', supervised by Sven Buyle.
