From the beggining of this entrepreneurship adventure, I’m convinced that we have to innovate in the customer journey which could aim at removing inherent constraints while purchasing a new boat : storage, handling, maintenance, usage of the boat all along the year, year budget.
For instance, we have noticed that owners use their boats 10.15 days a year. There must be a way to use the rest of the time of the year and make profit of it.

What catch my interest here is to help my client to earn money from their boat all along the year as if buying a Peacoq was a standard investment.

Buy and rent your boat - resell at a good value

How does this work ?

First of all, you buy your boat.
Then let us know that you would like to rent it all the year (with exclusive usage of the owner some part of the year).
Foily (our company) will organise all the details : contact with renting center / sailing club / yacht clubs.

Renting management :
Each time the boat have been rented, Foily pay-back 60% of the royalties to the owner.
Meanwhile, Foily must make sure that the boat is always well maintain.

After some years of usage if the owner would like to resell his boat, renting sketch can guarantee a high second-hand value because of the close maintenance.

How to keep the value of the boat in the secondary market ?

1. Actual success in terms of program : the boat answer his promesses and the demand is high.

2. The manufacture limits production’s volume of boats to ensure a very high quality. In this way, there is a scarcity of boats in the secondary market. Hence value of the boat keeps high.

3. A regular maintenance of the boat thanks to Nauticoncept application, and also strengthened by a retrofitting operation (total renovation of the boat in the yard), if it’s necessary.

2. Yard news
Production of the mold

Our supplier comes to the finishing phase of preforms. This one constituent the supports which we will draw the mold which serve during all the lifetime of the Peacoq’s product.

This manufacturing project is particularly well led by AMC44, our supplier. It’s an important step of the project because the quality of molds will have a very positive influence on boats quality.

3. Business partnership with Click and boat : buy the Peacoq’ and make money out of it

Thanks to this strong alliance with one of the biggest rental platforms, Foily give to every Peacoq’s owner the possibility of renting their boats in order to return on their investment.
